Restoration of a Legendary Model

Former MX-5 chief engineer Nobuhiro Yamamoto unveils the restoration project of a Legendary Model by Mazda, Jaguar and Ferrari cooperation.

Mehshekan: according to Forbes, It may only be the second staging of the Automobile Council event in Japan this month, but manufacturers are taking the fledgling gathering of classic and new models very seriously.

For Mazda, this was a very important event. In a specially designed stand that paid homage to the company’s 50 years of rotary-powered cars, highlighted by displays of the Cosmo Sport, RX-7 and a replica of its 1991 Le Mans winning 787B race car, Mazda took a moment to reveal the start of a unique restoration project that has global implications.
